'Gut' is a slang where it carries the meaning of the innermost emotional or visceral response.
It is sort of an extra sense for us...other than our senses of touch, taste, hear n see.
How much do u trust ur 'gut' feeling or instinct?? I assume everyone has his/her own 'gut' feeling ryte?? For me, there are a few instances where I feel dat sumtink will happen, either gd or bad and it happened.
U may say dat this can be a coincidence. Or is it?? Not to argue which is ryte, however this really ticks my brain to think!! How can such a thing really happened?? Why the 'gut' feeling happens so instantaneously?
Wat happened to me was so closely related to soccer...I dont noe y n im trying to find out.
1stly, during a soccer match during my sec sch days. I cant clearly remember whether it was a friendly or an inter-class tournament. Nevertheless, I suddenly feel dat sumtink bad will happen but i dont know wat!! Can u imagine how infuriating tis can be...
The 2nd half started at things went on smoothly when, suddenly a small fight broke out. My team mate made a sliding challenge n I think he did some rough play. So upon seeing dat, players from both sides start to converge into the area.
So, tis is wat suntink bad has happened n i talked to myself, tis must be it. Tis is wat i feel n it happened.
Next, is abt the world cup soccer match between Korea n Togo. For some info, Korea were behind aft the 1st half n they got an opportunity to equalise from a free kick in the 2nd half.
This is wat happened. I was watching the game n while eating, tis 'gut' feeling i had saying dat the free kick taken is to b a goal. True enuf, it happened. N the koreans get the equaliser n further on the game, the koreans won it.
This 'gut' feeling u may say is partially due to me supporting an Asian team n they need dat goal badly. 2ndly, there only to options to scoring n dat is a goal or not. So tis can be a coincidence. However, tis 'gut' feeling I had was so strong dat I told my family dat tis will b a goal n I shouted happily when it did. :D
Last but not least, n expect more to come, is the match between Ecuador n Costa Rica. This time round is who wins the game? The 'gut' feeling I had is for an Ecuador win but not sure of the goal margin...Aft watching the game, I smiled happily due to ecuador winning the game 3-0.
Now for the v.last one is the upcoming game of Germany vs Ecuador. The last game for each country in grp A. I have the 'gut' feeling of an Ecuador win. N its a strong one. Perhaps, due to the wins against both Poland n Costa Rica which tally to a total of 5 goals n also im not convinced for the wins of Germany over Costa Rica n Poland.
So we'll just wait n see how far is my 'gut' feeling true n if it is, I will be so delighted!! HAHA!! So sorie for those Germans supporters. No offence yea...be cool.
