Ahhh...i woke up to a very sleepy state. Im suppose to be enjoying tis trip not waking up so early. hmmph...got 2 wake up like 6am and aft dat got a workout session summore!! Bahh!!! But aniwae, i just woke up n the 4 of us, went up to the helipad. All were asleep, dreaming on their bed n wat we r doing now?? EXERCISING!!!
Oh..god, im so lazy nowadays.. the babats confirm dah tebal...hahaha. So all students gathered and stood at the front is the instructor. Cool huh!? He is specially called to b wif us....So b4 starting, he played a tape on the player and the song sort of breathe in energy...N here we go, starting off wif simple stretching and warming up. Aft the feel came, slowly he infused in kickboxing steps. Tis is new to me and i absolutely enjoyed it. IT WAS FUN!!
From a sleepyhead, now ive woken up totally and very energetic. The fresh air ive breathe in is so refreshing.. U could just imagine, the wind blowing to ur face...oh my..So i dont really perspire that much..hehehe. Now, im looking forward for tis exercise session tmr...*bright eyes*
Had my breakfast at the 'Mediterranean restaurant'...Den starts all the boring lecture..I just couldnt open up my eyes..just. Like i said earlier, woke up early aft a long day the day b4 n now had to attend to tis. Most of us r just simply tired and were all so silent. very. The invited guest from RSI company, the director herself is giving the lecture. Her name is Lucia Simonson if im not mistaken. She tells abt her background, tell he experience in the industry...
The main aim of all tis lectures is to let us hav an idea of the 'real' world and how is the business doing. So on and so forth....Wat can be expected and wat we can do in the future....
After tis, we had the navigation bridge tour. We get to meet the captain personally!! Where can u find tis opportunity on a cruise ship?? To even enter the navigation bridge itself is actuallie prohibited. So im so lucky!! hehe...*grins* All tis is not possible if not from a special request by 1 of the staff following the group. He himself is a captain. I guess a captain asking a captain wouldnt be much of a problem..
The captain is from finland and i cant remember his name. HEHE..Anihoos, he explains abt the equipments available and i was fascinated!!They were all so hi-tech!! He tells abt the whole ship's system, the controls, abt the ship itself, her dimensions and her top speed is 25.5 knots!! Bla..bla..I guess little will understand if i go on telling the details.. =PpP
The moment of truth has come.... JENG JENG JENG!!! We've reached phuket!! YEAH!! WOOHOO!!! But 2 hrs late of schedule, due to some problem to the engine... =[ Im superly xcited cos i nvr been to phuket, n phuket is known fer its beautiful beaches n nite shopping...I cant wait..my heart jumps happily...heee
So we got off the ship abt 5+ local time..they lagg begind 1 hr sin time....We r given till 2230hrs local time to get back to the ship...So I walked down the gangway n ders a bus coach waiting for the whole group. We r divided into 2 groups boarding 2 diff buses.
Firstly, we r taken to tis place where they produce jewellery using gems, stones n etc. The gems i seen are all hand polished. So u can expect very fine finishing n exquisite design. All types of gems u name it like ruby, emerald, diamond just 2 name a few...U'll walk thru a place where u can see the worker doing their job...next will b a hall full of jewellery...Girls will definitely love to have 1 of them, i bet! Oso u can find on the upper floor a departmental store where u can buy plenty of souvenirs and food...Lastly, u'll get a free drink, a complimentary of the company.
Now we're heading to patong beach where all the main attractions are...the beach n sunset...argh..We miss the sunset by the beach....cos of the late arrival...so sad...or it will be fantastic!! I was surprised 2 see how fast they have actuallie recovered..Patong beach was once struck by the deadly tsunami...But it seems dat nuthing has happenned over there. They hav rebuilt the place at an increadible pace. So there, we go jln-jln...lots of seafood restaurants by the beach, pubs, clubs n shops...U can easily find t-shirts, bags, shoes of all the branded name...but it is all the fake ones. If u see them, they reallie look so real!! u wouldnt believe ur own eyes... So i bought some souvenirs for my family n a gift for my sis...hehe i was in phuket on the day of her b'day....
I better stop here fer 2day...im so long infront of my lappie now...nvr did tis fer quite sometime...ok guys...here are some pics on the 2nd day...HAVE FUN!!
