WOAH!!! its a whopping 16 days i didnt blog...huh...im just lazy 2 type out any entry i guess...n oso due to some bzness...y not, aft exams straight away continue wif attachment. :'((
Now its almost 2 wks into my attachment. Its reallie an eye opener fer me to see the real world out there. No kidding, working is tougher dat studying. Those who didnt study hard to get the qualifications, can find himself struggling to survive in tis "mean" world. Y i call tis world "mean"? The world isnt mean, but the humans living in it. Everyone only cares abt their own stuff n if they r done wif their job, u cant disturb them.
However, i found out dat the ppl at Keppel Shipyard are friendly n not selfish in explaining in wateva i asked them abt. But u need to kick start the conversation n not just stand n watch them working. We need to hav our own initative to move forward n ask questions. Not only did they ans the question, they even went on telling extra n giving their views abt life n wat to expect working in tis line. I reallie appreciate what they have done so far n im looking forward in meeting them again in the future.
Another point dat ive truly realised is how hard has my father been doing out der 2 support my family wif all his might. The exp of waking up v.early in the morn' at 5+, n 2 see the foreign workers der trying to earn a living, oh my... im so grateful wif i hav 2day. Im much-much well off then many of them. They earn like $500+ a mth, n comparing the work they do, u can just cry by looking at them. Even wif all tis difficulties, they still hav the strength to smile n joke arnd wif me. Im totally surprised!!
The only way now dat i can repay my father as his son (actuallie u can nvr repay back ur mum n dad, but as children we ought to give them the best!!), i just need to concentrate on my studies n not forgetting the family aft hav succeeded.
